PARTICIPATION FEES
Before April 15, 2023:
225.00 € (100.00 € for students*).
Accompanying persons: 125.00 €.
After April 15, 2023:
250.00 € (125.00 € for students*).
Accompanying persons: 125.00 €.
Please note, all rates stated include Croatian VAT at rate of 25% (according to the Articles 53 and 54 of the Principal VAT Directive, as amended by Council Directive 2008/8/EC)
The conference registration fee includes: admission to all scientific sessions; conference materials; conference trip and/or dinner; coffee or juice at breaks; IUC reception party
Conference participants without Ph. D. degrees. A letter from the undergraduate mentor or the Ph.D. advisor is required.
Language
The official language of the Conference is English.
Cancellation policy of registration
All the cancellations and changes must be sent to the Organiser at mcc@hkd.hr. All refunds will be processed after the conference. Please send your exact bank account details in the cancellation letter.
Refund of the registration fee will be made as follows:
• 100% refund (minus bank expenses) in case of cancellation before May 15 2023
• 50% refund - in case of cancellation after May 15 2023
PAYMENT
Method of payment: bank transfer or by credit cards (Mastercard, Maestro, and Visa)
• in case of paying institution, please indicate on the registration form that you need an invoice (it will be sent to you by separate communication soon after the registration)
• in case of paying private person, if you don't need an invoice, please choose your fee and use the payment information available below.
For payment via bank transfer in EUR, all charges due to bank transfers have to be paid by the sender.

Payments by credit cards
We accept payments by credit cards (Mastercard, Maestro, and Visa). All payments will be made through SSL secured payment gateway.
All payments by credit cards will be done in Croatian currency (Kuna, kn). For customers from abroad, when charging your credit card, the amount in Kuna shown on an offer will be converted to your local currency at the exchange rate of the bank who issued the credit card. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated above.

POSTERS
The recommended dimensions of the posters are 90 × 120 cm (16.5" × 22").
All posters to be presented should include a conference LOGO, concise title, names and complete addresses of authors with indication of the author presenting the poster.
